PDL Asset Advisors was responsible for devising and implementing the redevelopment strategy of Hato Rey Center for a private client that acquired the notable property in 2013. PDL Asset Advisors conceived of the strategy of recapturing vacant, obsolete retail spaces and creating a modern lobby and food court, creating new pedestrian entrances to both the Ponce de Leon and Munoz Rivera Avenues.
The result was a dramatic increase in building notoriety and leasing velocity.
