Founder/President

Matt Prober is a 20-year veteran of Puerto Rico Real Estate Development, Matt has substantial expertise in all facets of the real estate development process from site selection, acquisitions, permitting and entitlements, new construction, and renovations compliant with updated building codes, to asset and property management and dispositions. He has managed over $250 million in commercial real estate assets and directly participated in the commercial real estate development process consisting of new construction, rehabilitation, and operations of more than $500 million during his 20-year career in Puerto Rico

In 2016, Matt founded PDL Asset Advisors, a real estate consulting firm that specializes in advising clients with sophisticated commercial and residential assets in Puerto Rico. PDL Asset Advisors has quickly become a leading Opportunity Zone investment firm managing the development of multiple projects in San Juan and Dorado, Puerto Rico. Prior to the formation of PDL Asset Advisors Matt was a senior partner at Gables Holding Corporation, one of the largest residential real estate developers in Puerto Rico from the mid 1990’s through 2013. During that period Gables Holding Corporation successfully developed over 1,300 single family units across a dozen residential communities.

Matt studied Political Science and Economics at Hobart College in Geneva, New York and a concentration on Real Estate Development from Cornell University.  In 2002 he migrated to Puerto Rico where he fell in love with the island and his wife Damaris.  They are long-time residents of the Dorado community where they have raised their two beautiful daughters. . Matt is an avid golfer and Founder of the First Tee Puerto Rico, a charitable organization focused on the development of Puerto Rico's youth by instilling the nine core values that are central to Matt's life philosophy;
